These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProperTycoon website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ProperTycoon ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing the Services, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Services and credits
Features may require credits, subscriptions, or fees as described at checkout or in-app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Not financial or legal advice
The Services provide general information and AI-assisted analysis. Nothing on the platform is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making property decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, attempt to circumvent security, scrape at scale in breach of our policies, infringe intellectual property, or use outputs to mislead third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach.
6. Intellectual property
ProperTycoon and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data may be incomplete or outdated; always verify material information independently.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or AUD $100 if none). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
